π§ Ingredients
Baby potatoes β 10β12 (boiled and peeled)
Onion β 2 medium (finely chopped)
Tomato β 2 medium (pureed)
Curd β Β½ cup (whisked)
Ginger-garlic paste β 1 tbsp
Welza Garam Masala β 1 tsp
Turmeric β ΒΌ tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder β Β½ tsp
Cumin seeds β 1 tsp
Bay leaf β 1
Salt β to taste
Oil β 3 tbsp
Fresh coriander β for garnish
π©π³ Instructions
Shallow fry the boiled baby potatoes until golden. Set aside.
In a pan, heat oil, add cumin and bay leaf. SautΓ© chopped onions till golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, cook for 1β2 mins.
Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chilli powder, and cook until oil separates.
Lower heat and add curd slowly, stirring continuously.
Add Welza Garam Masala and salt. Cook for 2β3 mins.
Add fried potatoes and Β½ cup water. Cover and simmer for 10β12 mins.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with roti, naan, or jeera rice.
