🧺 Ingredients
🍉 Fruits (use any combo of 5–6):
1 apple, diced
1 banana, sliced
1 orange or sweet lime, peeled and segmented
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
½ cup watermelon or papaya cubes
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional additions: guava, pineapple, grapes, seasonal berries
🌶 For Seasoning:
1.5 tsp Welza Chaat Masala
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
A pinch of red chilli powder (optional)
Black salt or regular salt to taste (adjust if needed)
👨🍳 Method
1️⃣ Prep the Fruits
Wash, peel (if needed), and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces. Keep bananas and apples for last to avoid browning.
2️⃣ Mix the Masala
In a small bowl, mix Welza Chaat Masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder (if using), and salt.
3️⃣ Toss Everything Together
In a mixing bowl, combine the fruits. Add lemon juice and the spice mix. Toss gently to coat all pieces evenly.
4️⃣ Chill & Serve
Let the fruit chaat rest for 5–10 minutes in the fridge before serving. Garnish with fresh mint or a light sprinkle of extra chaat masala before serving.
🍽 Serving Suggestions:
Serve cold in individual bowls or a large platter.
Pairs well with evening tea, brunch, or as a light starter for festive meals.
💡 Welza Tip:
Use ripe but firm fruits for best texture, and always add Welza Chaat Masala just before serving for maximum zing and aroma.
