🧂 Ingredients (Serves 2)
1/4 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight or for 4–6 hours)
2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or soy)
2–3 seedless dates or 1 tbsp honey (for natural sweetness)
1 ripe banana (optional, for creaminess)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder or a dash of cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for extra nutrition)
A few saffron strands soaked in warm milk (optional, for richness)
Ice cubes (as needed)
🥣 Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Almonds
Peel the soaked almonds (optional for a smoother texture).
Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Blend the Smoothie
In a blender, add:
Peeled almonds
Dates or honey
Banana (if using)
Milk
Cardamom powder, chia/flax seeds, and saffron milk if using
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled drink.
Step 3: Serve
