A quick and tasty wrap packed with spiced paneer and crunchy veggies – perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients:

150g paneer (crumbled or in strips)

1 tbsp oil

1 onion (sliced)

½ capsicum (sliced)

1 tomato (deseeded, sliced)

1 tbsp Paneer Masala

Salt to taste

2 whole wheat or plain wraps/rotis

Green chutney or mayo (optional)
Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and capsicum; sauté until soft.

Add crumbled paneer, tomato slices, Paneer Masala, and salt.

Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring gently.

Warm the wrap/roti, spread chutney or mayo if using.

Place the paneer filling in the center, roll tightly.

Toast lightly on a pan (optional) and serve hot.
