A rich and flavorful paneer curry made with your special Paneer Masala blend. Perfect for a cozy dinner with naan or rice.
Ingredients:

200g paneer (cubed)

2 tbsp oil or ghee

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 tomato (pureed)
-
1 green chili (optional)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 tbsp Paneer Masala

¼ cup cream or malai
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.

Add 2 tbsp of Paneer Masala and salt. Mix well.

Add paneer cubes and a splash of water. Simmer for 5–6 minutes.

Stir in cream and cook for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or jeera rice.
